PLEASE BOOK IN FOR YOUR FLU JAB - PLEASE ASK AT RECEPTION

Our Practice recently received Positive Feedback from a patient with regards to the service we have provided  -

My wife and I have used the telephone consultation service recently and both think it is very effective. Setting up the consultations with reception was extremely easy, the return calls were in a very short timescale and the issues were positively dealt with - two onward referrals for appropriate advice or investigation and one same day face to face consultation.

GP Net Earnings

All GP Practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g.average pay) for GP's working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.

The average pay for GP's working in Neston Medical Centre in the last financial year was £56,168 before deduction of tax and National Insurance. This is for two full time GP's and four part time GP's working in the practice for more than 6 months.

However it should be noted that the prescribed method for calculating earnings is potentially misleading because it takes no account of how much time doctors spend working in the practice and should not be used to form any judgement about GP earnings, nor to make any comparison with any other practice.
