We ask that you complete your request before coming to the surgery so it is ready to put into the box. Due to Covid-19 we need to monitor the number of patients in the surgery at any one time so please allow this for those who need to visit the surgery.

Your prescription will  be processed within 48 hours, 2 working days. Other requests for prescriptions, e.g. hospital requests, will also require 48 hours notice. Telephone requests will unfortunately not be accepted.

Online Prescription Ordering

You can order your repeat prescription online once you have completed the online registration process (see registration tab) or Download the NHS App yourself. All patients need to nominate a pharmacy so we can send your prescription electronically, this means once you order your prescription you can then collect directly from the pharmacy.  If you have not registered for the Online Access, please email your prescription request to with your required medication. (Please note we will only process any medication that is due)

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will generally be asked to speak with a Doctor, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice nurse or a member of our in house Pharmacy Team at least once a year to review these regular medications. Our pharmacy team work very hard and closely with your GP in the background to ensure medication reviews are carried out so you may receive a telephone call from them to discuss your medication. This allows the GP time to deal with acutely unwell patients.

If you know you are due a medication review, please call and book in with the clinical pharmacist at the surgery.
