Repeat Prescriptions

Patients who require regular medication should request their repeat prescription by using the right hand side of their prescription. Please tick only the items you require.

Your prescription will then be ready for collection in 48 hours, 2 working days. Other requests for prescriptions, e.g. hospital requests, will also require 48 hours notice. Telephone requests will not be accepted. During the current

Online Prescription Ordering

You can order your repeat prescription online once you have completed the online registration process. You may also nominate a pharmacy so that your prescriptions can be sent electronically. If you are not already registered please speak to a member of the practice team. If you have not registered for the Online Access, please email your request to neston.medicalcentreprescriptions@nhs.net with what medication you need. (Please note we will only process what medication is due) or email your details (DOB, Name, address, etc) and during the current COVID-19 situation we will call you back and ask some security questions and email in return a password for you to register to Patient Access to order medications.  Please note - Patient Access will be limited at this time to ordering medication only.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications. Notification should appear either on your repeat slip or you will receive a letter adivsing you to book an appointment.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
