Our Practice recently received Positive Feedback from a patient with regards to the service we have provided  -

My wife and I have used the telephone consultation service recently and both think it is very effective. Setting up the consultations with reception was extremely easy, the return calls were in a very short timescale and the issues were positively dealt with - two onward referrals for appropriate advice or investigation and one same day face to face consultation.
