Request An Appointment Online

PATCHS is the new easy way for you to contact your GP Practice online.

If you are not already registered for GP online services please let a member of the practice team know or see the registration tab.

You can also download the NHS App to arrange appointments.

Urgent Appointments

If you require an urgent appointment please disclose this to a member of the reception team with your contact details. If this is a life threatening condition you will be advised to contact the appropriate emergency services.

Routine Appointments

All requests for an appointment will be assessed initially by telephone, please provide a brief description of your problem alongside your preferred contact number to a member of the reception team. This will enable a clinical member of staff to prioritise your call. If you then require an appointment the clinician will arrange this with you.

Nurse Appointments

Appointments can be arranged up to 4 weeks in advance. Some of these appointments may be telephone and some face to face depending on the appointment type:

• Chronic Disease Management Clinics such as Diabetes & Asthma
• Contraception and Sexual Health services
• Travel Vaccinations
• Childhood Immunisation clinics

Physiotherapy

Please enquire about this service with the reception team.

Pharmacists

If you require a medication review, please arrange an appointment with our reception team.

Extended Hours

Neston Medical Centre and Neston Surgery work collaboratively to provide evening and weekend appointments for patients within the Neston and Willaston PCN.

Monday 18:30 – 20:00 at Neston Medical Centre, Liverpool Road

Wednesday 18:30 – 20:00 At Neston Surgery, Mellock Lane

Saturday 09:00 – 12:30 at Neston Medical Centre, Liverpool Road

Nurse Appointments

Wednesday 18:30 – 20:00 Neston Surgery, Mellock Lane

Saturday 09:00 – 12:00 Neston Medical Centre, Liverpool Road

Health Care Assistant Appointments

Wednesday 18:30-20:00 Neston Surgery, Mellock Lane

If you would like to arrange an appointment during these additional hours please speak to a member of the reception team.  

Home Visits

If you require a home visit, please call reception as early as possible. The reception team will take a brief description of your problem and the clinical member of staff will ring you back to assess the urgency of the call.

How to Cancel An Appointment

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us at your earliest convenience to enable us to offer this appointment to somebody else.
