The practice will be offering RSV vaccinations to eligible patients from 7th September 2024.  To find out more about this vaccine, please go to the homepage.     You can now register to be a patient at this practice, via the NHS App - see the registrations page to begin the process.  Enhanced Access appointments with a Nurse and GP are available at this surgery on a Monday evening and a Saturday morning.    As christmas is around the corner, please ensure that your order your prescriptions in pleanty of time to ensure that you have enough to last over the festive period. You can order via your normal route or via the NHS App.

Urgent Appointments

If you require an urgent appointment please disclose this to a member of the reception team with your contact details. If this is a life threatening condition you will be advised to contact the appropriate emergency services.

Routine Appointments

All requests for an appointment will be assessed initially by telephone, please provide a brief description of your problem alongside your preferred contact number to a member of the reception team. This will enable a clinical member of staff to prioritise your call. If you then require an appointment the clinician will arrange this with you.

Nurse Appointments

Appointments can be arranged up to 4 weeks in advance. Some of these appointments may be telephone and some face to face depending on the appointment type:

  • Chronic Disease Management Clinics such as Diabetes & Asthma
  • Contraception and Sexual Health services
  • Travel Vaccinations
  • Childhood Immunisation clinics

Physiotherapy

Please enquire about this service with the reception team.

Pharmacists

If you require a medication review, please arrange an appointment with our reception team.

Extended Hours

 

Neston Medical Centre and Neston Surgery work collaboratively to provide evening and weekend appointments for patients within the Neston and Willaston PCN.

Home Visits

If you require a home visit, please call reception as early as possible. The reception team will take a brief description of your problem and the clinical member of staff will ring you back to assess the urgency of the call.
