You could see a Physiotherapist rather than your GP.
A Physiotherapist can triage you and give you some helpful advice on how to manage your problem or refer you for more formal physiotherapy treatment if required.

- Sprains and Strains
- Osteoarthritis
- Whiplash
- Sports injuries
- Sprained ankles/knees
- Trapped nerves

Physio appointments are being offered face to face at Neston Clinic, Mellock Lane, Neston (Next door to Neston Surgery). Some appointments will be a telephone triage initially and then face to face appointment at Willaston Physio (NHS).
